What this agreement covers
These terms govern the use of the Goldreel Social website, mobile-web build, and any subdomain we operate. Opening an account, or simply opening a game in guest mode, counts as accepting them. If a clause is unacceptable, the simplest remedy is to close the tab and not return.
Who is allowed to play
Goldreel Social is built strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Some regions set a higher threshold for any reel-style game, and in those regions the local minimum applies. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately and any associated data is purged.
Free social play, nothing more
Every game on the platform is free. Virtual coins have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, goods, services, gift cards or cryptocurrency, and cannot be traded between accounts. There is no payment processor integrated anywhere on the site.
Behaviour we expect
Accounts agree not to harass other players in community chat, not to automate gameplay with scripts or bots, not to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, and not to attempt to scrape leaderboard data at scale. First-time violations earn a private warning; repeat violations close the account.
Account suspension and removal
We may suspend an account for up to 30 days while we investigate a suspected breach of these terms. If a breach is confirmed the account is closed. Suspension and closure decisions can be appealed once, in writing, to [email protected].
Intellectual property
All art, code, copy, sound design, and brand assets on the platform are owned by Goldreel Social or its licensors. Players may screenshot gameplay for personal social media use. Commercial reuse, redistribution, and derivative works require written permission.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot promise a service free of interruptions. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance on the status banner. Unplanned outages are summarised within 24 hours of resolution.
Liability limits
The platform is offered on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Because no real money is involved in play, no claim related to virtual coin balances is recoverable.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are posted on this page at least 14 days before they take effect and announced in-app for active accounts. Continued use after that 14-day window counts as acceptance of the updated text.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Disputes go first to mediation and, if unresolved, to the courts of Multnomah County. Contact for legal matters: [email protected].
