Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in everyday terms, what Goldreel Social stores about a player, why we store it, and the controls each account has. We treat data minimisation as a product feature, not an obligation.
Account record
When an account is created we keep four fields: a chosen display handle, a contact email, a hashed password, and a confirmation that the account holder is 18 or older. We do not ask for a real name, address, phone number, photo or government ID.
Gameplay record
The platform stores a coin balance, a daily login streak, a leaderboard score for the current week, and a list of themed games the account has opened. No bet history is archived beyond the active session — once a round ends, its individual outcome is discarded.
Device record
For session security we log the rough device family (desktop or mobile), browser family, and country derived from the request. We do not store full IP addresses beyond seven days and never resell device data to ad networks.
How long records are kept
Active accounts are kept while in use. An account untouched for 24 months is sent a warning email and then permanently deleted. Players can request immediate deletion at any time and we complete it within seven calendar days.
Who can see the data
Only the engineering team at Goldreel Social, working under strict access controls. We never sell data, never share it with advertisers, and never hand it to third parties for marketing or profiling. The single exception is a court order issued by a competent authority, which we would announce publicly within the bounds of the law.
Cookies and local storage
We use one essential cookie to keep an account signed in, and one local-storage entry to remember the chosen sound volume. There is no analytics tracker, no fingerprinting script, and no advertising pixel anywhere on the site.
Player controls
From account settings, every player can: download a copy of their full record, rename their display handle, change email, change password, wipe the leaderboard score, or delete the account entirely. No phone call, no support ticket, no waiting period.
